Hey guys,
I have a question. How do I copy songs that I have on my ipod to my Braille note? I know it can be done i just don't know how.

You can plug it in to the usb host or client port and then open it with the file manager or word processor browser and then just copy them, however, they may be hidden so at the filename prompt you will need to press space with X. HTH

I don't think the word processor would work. The file maneager maybe. If that doesn't work try plugging your ipod in to your computer and transfering the songs you want over to a compact flash card or a sd card if you have either one.

I'd go with the previous poster's idea.

Eeehm, isn't the whole point of Itunes and Ipod that you cannot use your Ipod as a storage device in the USB meaning of the word. May be it's changed for the latest generation of Ipods but it used to be true that you could not use file manager, Windows Explorer or any such apps to see what's on your Ipod, the only app that I know makes the Ipod accessible this way is called Anapod Explorer, I think it is freeware actually or that there is a freeware version of it.
But this is the reason I moved away from Ipod to Creative Zen Stone, much easier to copy and paste songs and folders, brilliant player in my opinion (no, I am not associated with them at all).
cheers

Not true. U can put files on your ipod. Put into disk mode. Then put your files on it.

Well, that's cool, wasn't true for my Ipod but it was a few generations of Ipods ago. Can you now copy and paste music files without using Itunes then?
